These terms are an agreement between you and [YOUR FULL NAME / BUSINESS NAME], the operator of ReelCaps. By creating an account, uploading a video or purchasing credits you accept them.

1. The service

ReelCapsgenerates word-by-word captions for Reels & Shorts — short videos up to 5 minutes — in Telugu, Hindi and English, in native script or Romanised form. You upload a video, our AI transcribes it, you edit the captions, and we render a burned-in MP4 you can download, along with SRT/VTT caption files.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

• You may use ReelCaps as a guest (device-based), or with an email/password or Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Upload only content you own or have the rights to caption. Do not upload illegal, infringing, hateful or otherwise harmful material.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or attempt to circumvent plan limits.

3. Intellectual property

You keep full rights to your videos, transcripts and exports — we claim no ownership of your content. Exports made on the free plan carry a ReelCaps watermark; paid exports do not. The ReelCaps software, brand and caption styles remain our property.

4. Credits, packs and subscriptions

• Free tier — 2 watermarked exports, reels up to 90 seconds, media stored 24 hours — download your export promptly.
• One-time packs — Starter ₹49 (5 exports), Boost ₹99 (12), Mega ₹199 (30). Pack credits are valid for 30 days from purchase, support reels up to 5 minutes, and store media for 7 days.
• Subscriptions auto-renew— Lite (₹99/mo or ₹999/yr: 30 exports/month, 3-minute reels, 7-day storage), Creator (₹199/mo or ₹1,999/yr: 100/month, 5-minute, 7-day) and Pro (₹399/mo or ₹3,999/yr: 300/month, 5-minute, 14-day). Renewal is charged automatically via Razorpay at each period's end. You can cancel anytime from your Account page; renewals stop immediately and access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Monthly export quota resets on a rolling 30-day cycle. Unused monthly quota does not carry over.
• If an export fails, the credit or quota it consumed is refunded to your balance automatically.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking). Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes. We never receive or store your card, UPI or banking details. Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Service availability

ReelCaps is provided on a best-effort basis. While it is in active development we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and features may change. We will make reasonable efforts to announce disruptive changes in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content you upload.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms; where reasonable we will notify you and give you a chance to download your exports first.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where [YOUR FULL NAME / BUSINESS NAME] is registered.
